Product Features
Industry-Leading Thermal Stability
SCHULTZ® S713's proprietary molecular design achieves best-in-class thermal-oxidative stability, limiting degradation to ‌only 3.4% after 1,000 hours at 330°C‌. This suppresses coke formation by >90% compared to conventional HTFs, significantly reducing fouling risks in high-temperature applications.
01
Optimized Cold-Weather Fluidity & Startup Reliability

Specially formulated for arctic conditions, SCHULTZ® S713 achieves an ultra-low pour point (-70°C) and crystallization point (<-50°C), maintaining fluidity in subzero environments without auxiliary heating. This cold-start capability eliminates the need for preheat systems, making it ideal for northern climates and outdoor installations while enhancing operational readiness and energy efficiency.

02
‌Full-Range Low-Viscosity Pumpability
The fluid's optimized viscosity profile ensures:

• ‌53.5 mm²/s (@ -50°C)‌ for cold-start operations
• ‌0.25 mm²/s (@ 300°C)‌ – 30% lower than mineral-based HTFs
Enabling efficient heat transfer across the entire operating range (-50°C to 330°C).This dual-range performance enables simultaneous heating/cooling applications within a single system, simplifying plant design and reducing media inventory requirements.

03
Comprehensive Material Compatibility
Certified non-corrosive to all common industrial metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum alloys. SCHULTZ® S713 eliminates the need for corrosion inhibitors while extending equipment service life across diverse system configurations.
