Many overseas buyers search for heat transfer fluid manufacturer China, thermal oil supplier China or high temperature heat transfer fluid RFQ and then send a very short message such as please quote or please send TDS. For heat transfer oil and high temperature thermal fluids, a product name and quantity are not enough for a reliable reply.

A more effective RFQ should include technical information, document requirements and delivery conditions. This helps reduce ineffective quotations and allows both sides to identify temperature boundary, used oil replacement, compliance documents, packaging, transportation and technical confirmation needs earlier.

1. Why Please Quote Is Not Enough
